PETER MICHAEL FLOOD
holds a Masters in Business Administration, is an
honours graduate in Psychology and Economics, and is a Fellow of the Institute of
Personnel and Development. Between 1971 and 1982, he gained experience with Marks &
Spencer; ITT; and Bovis. In the last named company, he held the post of Personnel Director
for the Construction and Industrial Services Division. Throughout this period, he
specialised in human resources within differing industrial environments.
His occasional retention of specialist consultants invariably
proved less than satisfactory. He concluded that there existed a niche market he was well
equipped to service. As a result, in 1982, he established PMF Human Resources Solutions.
Peter Flood's depth of experience of line management in industry,
and in human resources consultancy, represents a potent combination for providing a
